Before you depart on your next vacation or adventure, let TCM Bank N.A. know where you will be headed so a travel notice can be placed on your VISA credit card. This will help prevent any blocks that may be placed on your card. TCM Bank  N.A. needs your departure and return date, the state(s) or countries you will be visiting, and which card(s) will be affected. To reach TCM Bank N.A., dial 800-883-0131 and enter your 16 digit card number or your social security number. After they go through their verification process, they will assist you with this process.

Contact the Customer Service phone number 800-883-0131 to report fraudulent charges on your credit card or call 800-437-9392 to respond to a Falcon Fraud Alert call to clear the alert.
